ClearFluency – getting started
Work through these five steps and you’ll be all set!
Step 1 – headphones
You will need ClearFluency compatible headphones.
The two that are readily available in Australia are:
We’ve included links to suggested places to purchase these online, but they may be available at other stores.
These headsets use a USB A connector, which is generally only compatible with computers.
We recommend using ClearFluency on computer because this will provide the best headset experience.
If you only have access to an iPad, you can try using wired earpods that often come with apple products (e.g. Earpods with 3.5mm plug).

Step 3 – getting started video
Watch this tutorial carefully so you know what to do each day. Parents – watch this together with your child!
Step 4 – your first session
Make sure you have the daily checklist ready, then log in to start your first session.
Parents: students achieve better results with a coach sitting beside them. Sit with your child to make sure they spend enough time on each step.
Step 5 – coaching
Once you’ve started, your coach will contact you to arrange support calls.
