Get off to a good start by creating a training routine for the next 5 weeks.
• You’ll need to commit 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week for 5 weeks to complete TALi TRAIN.
• Think about the time of day that is best for your child, and make sure that TALi training doesn’t follow strenuous activity or take place too late in the day.
• Changing the brain is hard work! Keep an open mind as to how your child might respond and make sure you sit with them for every session. When you’re with your child, you’re showing them that you view the training as important.
