Working memory is the ability to keep information in your mind for a short time, focus on a task and remember what to do next. Children, adolescents and adults are required to use their working memory all the time – whether it be to remember someone’s name, perform mental maths calculations or write a story or essay.

Cogmed is like a personal trainer for working memory and attention. The fun and intensive computer-based cognitive exercises are designed by neuroscientists to challenge your brain, with the exercises getting harder in real time as your working memory and attention improve.
